"Richard Henf came through for us in an extremely stressful time in our lives, and we could not be more grateful.
When we originally bought our house in Sebastian, Florida, Richard came highly recommended. He made the process easy for us and was always friendly, courteous, and professional. So when it came time to sell our house a few years later, we knew who to call.
Unfortunately, at the time my wife was going through major health issues, and we had to move hours away for her specialized care. I wouldn’t be able to be on-site to handle problems as they cropped up or to ensure that the house stayed presentable. Richard assured us that he would do everything he could to help us in one of the most difficult times in our lives, as we were doing one of the largest things someone does - buying or selling real estate.
Richard came through for us when our lawn company was slacking because being hours away I would not have known. He came through for us when there was water damage under one of our sinks, making sure the situation was resolved and the damaged board replaced. He came through when our hot water heater went out, calling the plumber and managing the situation. He came through when our air conditioner needed a replacement part. He even helped out by repainting a few trouble areas for us.
Truly Richard went above and beyond for us, far more than I would ever have expected from a Realtor or even from a friend. He did everything he could despite a downturn in the market to make sure that we got a fair price for our property and the team at his office made sure that our closing was efficient and easy for us.

As for meeting our expectations on the sale of the home, he most definitely got us much more profit than we thought we would be able to get. He was very motivated in making sure of that.
